Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will grant you full command over your mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this user-friendly user interface, you can create a new mailbox account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can forward electronic mails from one email box account to another, activate mail filters, create autoresponder messages and protect your mailbox accounts against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted e-mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming mail messages according to certain rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Simply specify the e-mailbox you wish to forward emails from, then choose the destination email mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you would like to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email box accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
